What impressed me most was the attitude of their technical team—they never treated me as an "external expert" for remote consultation, but instead invited me to engage in open, in-depth technical discussions around specific process parameters. In terms of work rhythm, I opted for a relatively flexible collaboration model: retaining my research position in Brazil while traveling to China multiple times each year for intensive technical work. This arrangement allowed me to honor my long-term personal commitments while providing the Chinese company with sustained, stable technical support. What truly enabled me to commit with peace of mind was the Jinhai Qiming team's keen attention to cross-cultural details throughout the entire process—from liaising with enterprises and handling visa procedures to daily communication, they undertook a vast amount of behind-the-scenes work that, though invisible, was absolutely crucial.
Now, as I stand on the shop floor of a Chinese enterprise, watching the powder metallurgy processes that I helped optimize running steadily on mass-production lines, the sense of fulfillment that comes from transitioning from laboratory to real-world production is beyond words. This has been not only a major leap forward in my professional career, but also a profoundly valuable experience that has filled me with confidence in cross-border technological collaboration.
